An earthen archway frames a view toward the airy heavens.
I have a brief announcement. Regretfully, I am stepping back from the social part of blogging for awhile. I need to refocus time and energy on our photography business. In the meantime, because I have a trove of photos which I would like to share with you, I still plan on taking a few moments each day to make a post.
I hope you will continue to stop in for a quick visit.

As long as we still get to see your images...do what you need to do, Doug!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear that we will still be able to see a daily image such as this one you posted today. Good luck with our business Doug.
ReplyDeleteI'm the lucky one. As your mother-in-law I still get to see your lovely photos and can SKPYE and laugh with you, and remember, I know where you live!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your recent comments Doug, there may be no book, but at least I now have time to take some pics...every cloud!
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile, a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do - and I'd be the last to complain after my longish hiatus. You've done sterling work blogging every day - I know how difficult that can be, hence the fact that I don't.
Anyway, I hope that your plans for the business all come to fruition, I'm sure it will with Gramomistel and daughter keeping watch over you!
Cheers...George
A stunning image of an equally stunning location. The layer structure of the sediments is really fascinating!
ReplyDeletei was wondering where you had "gone to" ... now i know and understand - and regret ! all the best, however, to you personally and to your business. perhaps we'll "meet" again on am3 at some later time ...
ReplyDeletei intend to continue visiting your site here !
