An offering of images from Charleston, South Carolina, and travels elsewhere.
Since posting a photo a day I tend to look up much more than I used to. Never want to miss a photo opportunity. There is a parallel to be made between your photo of faces and my post today.
An excellent framing
Interesting find skilfully staged. Love the witty and creative title!
Beautiful details and faces!I love the colors, you got a perfect composition!Léia
I too am afflicted by a love for architectural detail and, after photographing it, often look away from the camera to see people looking quizzically in the direction the camera is pointing, trying to figure out what I'm photographing! Never fails to make me smile. This is a great example. I like how the hues work together and the way you've made the shot very dynamic with the strong diagonal and placing the main subject way up in the top left. Another enjoyable interpretation of your city.
wonderful light here, doug, that accentuates the fine details of the facade!
Management of the light is incredible, beautiful. Good job !
fine pov. such interesting colors
silently watching over everyone, it's kinda creepy.. still a nice catch though.. :)
I have to say these faces look pretty avant-garde from the 19th century!
They look even better as they have different colors:)
same facade in two different colors ... a bit creepy!
The devil is in the detail!
Excellent composition for these twin faces! Original!Have a nice day.
