Those rocks look so sinister. A ship navigators nightmare.
GREAT PHOTO..... well done Doug.
Raising their hands and singing Hallelujah!
great blue mood
Beautiful needles. I like color of the sea
Fantastic "blue world" ;)Agustín.
love these 'blues'
Love the contrast of color, very striking.
Great evening light on a lump of rock that looks soooo similar to the one on our beach.
makes me wonder how many ships have fell to these "teeth" :) nice catch.
I sometimes miss using Velvia! I love that the natural contrast of that film has left no shadow detail in the rocks, resulting in those stark, ominous and jagged black masses and a very atmospheric image.
Basically, two colors and their shades but what a result!
wonderful blues and silhouettes. my country:-)
Ha.. Not the teeth from the white albino we saw the other day, right? ;o)I have seen the Needles (maybe the original?) in the Isle of Wight.Strangely, they are white as the albino alligator! That part of England is famous for white chalk cliffs.
definitely looks like broken teeth ... argh!
An amazing sky above some often-shot formations makes this an outstanding photo.
a powerful photo, made beautiful by the result of the intense blue of the shadows
Awesome capture that spurs the imagination! Guards of the land in front or invaders with menacing intentions…
