The back of a square blue sign for boaters

is made up of little green squares.
And these are further divided into smaller squares of air,

whose color is invisible to the naked eye.

  2. Nie jestem żeglarzem, więc takiego znaku jeszcze nie widziałam. Ma żywe kolory, więc z pewnością jest z daleka widoczny. Ciekawe i bardzo ładne zdjęcie. Pozdrawiam.
I'm not a sailor, so this sign has not yet seen. It has bright colors, so it is certainly visible from a distance. Interesting and very nice photo. Yours.

  4. Very funny! But it's a nice photo what with those vibrant colors. Not being a boater, though, I can't help but wonder what the blue stands for.

  14. I just love that combination of washed-out blue and green. Is it an art piece in the making? the artist having been sent packing by Sandy!

(where i am right now, there's fog, fog, fog ... and whenever there isn't for half an hour or so, it's like the best indian summer in the appalachians ... ;-)
