Illusion?

You might think this scene looks a little unusual. Something is not quite right. Well, that's because the flowery meadow with blue sky and cloud is actually a canvas mural on a fence around a construction site. The only real bit of nature is the tree trunk in front.

    Well spotted. The slight pattern on the blue wall is disconcerting when you think it is the sky.

    Ha, ha! Looks amazing with those colour contrasts. Now would I have figured it out if you hadn't told us, Doug? The "sky", I think so, but look as I may at this size on the screen, the flowers look genuine enough to me.
