Sharp teeth penetrate a moody sky. Rocky pinnacles, called the Needles, 

provide pointed subjects for an overcast day along Oregon's Cannon Beach.

  7. I sometimes miss using Velvia! I love that the natural contrast of that film has left no shadow detail in the rocks, resulting in those stark, ominous and jagged black masses and a very atmospheric image.

  10. Ha.. Not the teeth from the white albino we saw the other day, right? ;o)
    I have seen the Needles (maybe the original?) in the Isle of Wight.
    Strangely, they are white as the albino alligator!

    That part of England is famous for white chalk cliffs.
